Setting up a new server of my own, need help. I'm a Beginner

I have recently joined the samp community and wanted to build a server of my own to pllay with friends. I created server using online help. the basic server was complete and was successfully working but I wanted to add a gamemode. And I chose "Next Gen RP" to setup. I know nothing about the code for it, plugins and how to configure the server to work with the gamemode.

working with it, I got to know where to place all the files from these folders (on my own I did it so maybe it can be wrong).

I copied filterscripts from this gamemode folder and deleted all the filterscripts from the main server folder downloaded from samp official website, then pasted the gamemode filterscripts in it.
In the same way I did it for another folders but there are two folders on which I'm confused where to place them. one of them is named as "windows users" in the "ICs" folder of this gamemode (You can see in the screenshots above) and another folder is "SQL Files" (in the above screenshot)

I wanted to know if there is something that is to be done for the plugins inside to work properly in my pc.

And also how can I edit the configuration file for the gamemode to properly work.
