[SAMP-Help]The cursor is freezed but the mouse still move freely

I'm using window7. 2k resolutions.

As the title, everytime i log-in any server, it happens. Pause-menu is fine.

Method tried:

-Used lower resolutions: 1920x1080. 600x480. 800x600.

-reinstall gta sa, samp. delete gta user file
